Outside of coaching, I adore spending time with my family.
Days out, meals together, wandering, exploring, laughing.
And I treasure romantic date nights with my husband — those simple, tender moments that make life feel full.
I’m endlessly curious.
I love nature, photography, architecture, aviation, animals, insects, plants, trees, history, Joseph Bazalgette, Brunel, Formula 1, IndyCar, NASCAR, football, writing, making beats — and learning about anything and everything.
I see the world in details, patterns, stories, and textures.

WHY I BECAME A COACH
I didn’t become a coach because I planned to.
I became a coach because, for as long as I can remember, people have come to me when they needed someone safe.
I’ve always been the person others open up to —
the one they trust with their secrets,
their fears,
their hopes,
their “I’ve never told anyone this before.”
Not because I had the answers.
But because I listened.
I cared.
I didn’t judge.
And I held their stories with gentleness.
For years, I didn’t realise that was a gift.
It was just who I was.
But over time, I began to see a pattern:
people felt lighter after talking to me.
They felt clearer.
They felt understood.
They felt safe enough to be honest with themselves.
And I realised something important:
